Hello All,
Is phpList’s queue sending system designed in such a way that it would be straight-forward to send campaigns so that each user’s message is sent at the time of day that that user last clicked a (tracked) link in a phplist message?
For example, if a user’s last link click was at 1:25pm, then send the email to this user at around 1pm (as described here: How we boosted marketing email open rate from 20% to 60% )
