Configured messages are different from what I have in my setting

The messages I have configured on the Config/Settings page in PHPlist are not matching what is actually showing up in emails. Is there something I need to change? Where is the file that these messages are stored in?

@Toddro61 It sounds like you have created a subscribe page. You need to edit the subscribe page to change the various bits of text.
