Configure bounce list, confirming its working as intended, anyone care to share their experience

Hi been installing phplist over the last week going through several issues which I am guessing a new person will meet.

  1. Getting Kfinder to work, – create upload directory
    2)Sending out blank emails thinking that you can use existing campaign as a template, fixed by the manage campaign plugin and using the copy facility. Did n’t realise emails only meant to be sent out once for tracking purposes
    3)Bounced emails fixed by throttleing making sure I don’t exceed number of perscribed emails from my virtual host 1000 , setting batch size to 75 every 5 minutes helped
  2. installing the advanced stats by hand into the plug in directory

My biggest challenge has been bounce. I am stuck I cannot see bounces for a given list or campaign they come up empty.

I had to create a listbounces@mydomain.uk

I then had to forward emails from the system@mydomain.uk to get to the listbounces box

I had to configure the port for pop3 in the config file to read the email box with user name and password so that all works.

When I go into the interface to mange bounces, I can pick up view bounces but I cannt seem the tagged to a list or campaign like I have to look at them individual.

Any ideas.

I alsos created a rule * move to the donot send list, but I cannt see them once I processed the rule, It works in that I no longer able to view bounces. Cannt seem to find the donotsend list is this something I have to create

If someone has an installation procedure for testing,confirming and configuring bounces that would be really helpful.

Also some rules to get started to deal with bounced emails from mailchannel, google and outlook and what to do about them or pointing me to some resources would be helpful.

I am warming up an old list so getting a lot of bounces 5% dormant email accounts, spam policies, or no longer exist.

Without a working bounce section this is going to be hardwork, only got about 5000 emails.

I had set up DMARC for mailchimp which I should presumably get rid of .

I have also set up SPF and DKIM to help be treated as spam
