I recently had an issue where AT&T was blocking all of our email being sent from phpList. I got that resolved but many of our subscribers have multiple bounces on their accounts. What is the easiest way to clear these so they don’t get deactivated next time the auto bounce check runs? I’m thinking of changing the number of bounce mails from 5 to 10 but that won’t fix those with excessive amounts of bounced messages. Is there a delete bounces from individual subscribers button? If not, is there a way to clear out the bounces from a range of dates? Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
IF you are also getting your mail blocked by AT&T, there is an email address where you send a message from the ListAdmin user of your phplist. You must request your mail be allowed and they will honor that request.
