Cannot send campaign from a user not Super Admin

Hello,
more than admin that I used to install phplist (that is Super Admin) I define another admin (No Super Admin) with privileges of Send Campaign and View statistics…
Logging with this user I composed a message and submit to Send queue: received message that message is on queue but no button or Menu entry where i could send campaign. I’m able to send a test mail.
I log on Super Admin there I’m able to send campaign; I’m looking for a user that could send campaign but no Super Admin…

I’m using Phplist v3.6.15 and I’m facing the same problem.
Is there any way to send compaign with non SuperAdmin?

No, there is currently no way directly from phpList. You can do this using Remote Queue Processing from a browser on any device. I tried it and today it works
