Cannot login to my phplist.com account

I am trying to log into my PHPList.com account, but I get this message upon logging in:

Fatal error: Your phpList version is older than two years. Please upgrade phpList before continuing.
Visit the support site if you need some help.

Obviously, I cannot upgrade PHPListed hosted on the phplist.com server. Any idea what can be done here?

If you are a phplist.com user, please reach out to the Hosted Service support, and they will guide you. Please email hosted@phplist.com and include your account’s username.
