Can not initialize database on phpList version 3.2.3 manual instalation

Hi guys.
I have usually installed Phplists Manually with no troubles. How eve I can not go trough this time. I can not go beyond the

INITIALISE THE DATABASE, phpList initialisation dialog… clic continue, nothing happens…

Feel so stupid… what am I missing?
