Campaign shows "sent" but no emails received

I’ve been trying all afternoon to send my first campaign. My test emails all were sent just fine (though they did have the “powered by PHP List” that I thought would disappear when I upgraded my plan). Nevertheless, once I went through the steps to send everything looks good. Here’s a screenshot of my latest attempt:

It says 5 emails were sent – but I’m checking all 5 accounts and no emails have been received.

I’m on the “hosted” plan and cannot find any reason this isn’t working.

7 hours later and I still have yet to receive the emails. Even though it says “Time to send: 01 seconds” on my dashboard.
