Blacklisted User Receiving Mail

I stumbled upon a problem with our phplist installation (currently 3.2.7, update is already scheduled):

Our latest newsletter was sent to blacklisted users!

For several users, I see a green thumbs up when browsing through the recipient list, and a red thumbs down when I search for those users.

I see no significant difference in the user details, yet some of them receive mails, others not.

Does anybody have any idea on where to look?

Some research turned up a little bit of new information:

  • users that where blacklisted due to unsubscription didn’t receive mail
  • users that where blacklisted due to bounce count did.

This is odd, can you take some screenshots to show the different results for a subscriber?
