So can I have phpList’s API key system queue my campaign and still have the (under 500/ hour) throttling maintained? Or do I need to change something else in the config.php settings? I am restricted to 500 emails an hour and don’t want to run into problems if I let phpList’s servers queue/requeue my campaign.

@develteam If you already have batch and throttle settings in the config.php then they should continue to be enforced by phplist.
The phplist hosted service system:remote_processing [phpList Resources] just requests the processqueue page every so often, so the actual sending rate may well be lower than expected.
In the past that service has not always been running, don’t know whether it still is.
