Hello phplist Support Community
After upgrading PHPList to 3.6.14, the statistics buttom does not show. (before applying the update my phplist was working fine)
Since then, the result of the statics shows that nobody has opened any emailing message.
That’s not true because my email was in the target list and I opened the message.
Any help would be appreciated

click tracking is enabled
define(‘CLICKTRACK’, 1);
I have another phplist instance whre click tracking is also enabled but it works fine
What else should i do in order to solve his problem?

You didn’t answer this question.
Look in the phplist_user_message_view table to see whether views are being recorded. If not then you can check the web server visitor or access log to see if there are requests for a URL that requests the tracking pixel
look for requests whose URL includes ut.php
That might help to show what is happening.

Information was recorded until nov 22th (the last date my phplist worked regarding statistics)
I looked for requests in the access log, after filtering ut.php, this is what i go:
