Can you do screenshots of the core phplist Campaigns page that shows the message having been sent, and the Advanced Statistics page Campaigns tab that doesn’t include that campaign?

You are showing messages sent to a list that doesn’t appear to have a name. What have you selected on the Lists tab? Selecting all lists should work.
