'Add a list' not available on individual user accounts [solved]

I am having issues with extra user accounts that do not have super admin privileges. All the new user accounts can create a new subscriber list but it is limited to 1 per account. The button for the option to add a list is no longer available after the first subscriber list has been created.

Issue fixed. The option was found in the extended_config.php under define(‘MAXLIST’, 1);
