As soon as i am lauching phplist after sending 500 Emails its showing Access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting provider’s abuse department.

Initially you’ll need to contact Hostgater Support and ask them to a) unblock your IP and b) ask why.
They’ll be able to give you more info, but it’s probably down to your either not having the correct smtp details in your config.php file or you have exceeded the host’s sendling limits.
