429 Error - editing a campaign

I have been getting a 429 “Too many requests” error from my server when creating or editing a new campaign. Specifically, I have noticed 2 actions that will trigger this error:

  1. When scheduling a campaign for an embargoed time that is in the past
  2. When no list is selected and progressing to the finish stage.

I don’t have direct access to the server logs, but the hosting company says they see no odd spikes in server traffic from my ip address. Is it possible there is a function that is repeatedly running to cause this error?
