3.5.6 Problems after update

I’ve up dated to 3.5.6 and now have two problems.

  1. The dashboard constantly tells me that the database is at 3.5.5. This is regardless of how many times I do the Upgrade.
  2. Every time I click on any link I get a modal screen telling me that it’s initialising in my language making it very slow to bring up the new page.
