what should i do to resolve this issue
First try reading the bounce messages to see if they have had data removed or redacted.
Sorry…i didnt get you
Bounce messages are stored in phpList. You can read a few and see if the data looks correct, or whether it looks like addresses etc have been automatically removed by the SMTP server, or some other system such as anti virus software.

Can any one help me to resolve this issue
Can any one plz help me out
i realize that this is a slightly older thread, but i’m also not seeing a resolution to it.
one of my clients said that their phplist install seems to have randomly stopped sending. upon looking into the system/log of events, i see this line:
Database error: Incorrect string value: '\xA0\x0D\x0AX-N...' for column 'header' at row 1
Upon digging into our database to figure out what was happening, I found that (what I believe at least) junk mail being sent to our sending address potentially created this issue, in the bounce table.
I dug out the offending message and found that their charset, which happens to match the charset in this thread, is:
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
I’m really not sure how or why, but I believe that the bounce scan picked up this message and hit a dead stop upon reaching: Incorrect string value: ‘\xA0\x0D\x0AX-N…’ for column ‘header’ at row 1
just like @tech , i am unable to figure out the way to remove this issue in a normal method. i had to go into the DB and delete the offending rows.
after finding the problem email in the inbox, these errors popped up when I searched in phpmyadmin:
i’m really not sure about a lot of these things, as my knowledge is somewhat limited… but that’s what everything seems to point to.
@splaquet The first error, for the header field, seems to show a non-breaking space character, hex A0, within the header field.
That doesn’t look correct because the header should contain only ascii data. It is not clear whether that error occurred when phplist was trying to insert into the bounce table, which I would expect to be the case, or whether the insert was successful.
The screenshot showing phpmyadmin results is also not clear as which field is being referred to. The content of those warning messages looks like the body of the bounce email, not the header, and the body field is a blob field, so there are no assumptions about what it can contain.
