I am attempting to add the LOGO graphic to the subscribe page for my mailing list. The instructions say just insert [LOGO] and it will do the rest. However, I believe an image needs the to work correctly. Can someone point me in the right direction to make this happen. I would like to replace the “COMPANY NAME” in the header.

@Dougster The [LOGO] placeholder can be used only in templates and campaigns. If you want to use it in a subscribe page then you need to add the appropriate html to the header field of a subscribe page, either a specific subscribe page or in the the Settings page.
I suspected as much but thought I would check and see. I will locate the image in the source and build the proper path to it. As always, thanks for the quick response.
