According to the masses of comments questions on google this is a major issue. I suggest for others who didn’t get there degree from MIT You try something else This looks a wonderful piece of software and as they say thosands download it I wonder how many get it working
May I suggest a seperate downlaod setup to use gmail might help
or some really step by step instructions to overcome wht i am sure is a 20 second fix once you know what you are doing
