Does anyone could help me how to resolve this problem?

Check your config file.”

Welcome to the forums, what is the path to your installation and what is the $pageroot setting in your config/config.php file?

By default, phpList expects to find itself in yourdomain/lists if you’ve installed it somewhere else, you need to addthe line: $pageroot = ‘/lists’; and change lists to the subdirectory you are using. Don’t forget to make sure the semicolon remains the last item on the line.
