Super Admin can't change Settings

I’ve recently upgraded from 2.10, to the latest, but in the process, my Super Admin has lost all of it’s privileges to change anything. When I try, I get one of these errors: error: Invalid security token, please reload the page and try again or error: No Access

How do I reset this?

Hi, so you mean your main login? Do you have others? Are they working?

When you say change anything, can you be more specific. Can you log in at all? what things are you trying to change?
