[SOLVED] How to fully reset RSS fetching?

Well, I am testing a RSS source, and doing changes in the feed code…
But phplist says it has no changes… so I have tried erasing the rss contents of phplist_RssFeedPlugin_item & phplist_RssFeedPlugin_item_data … then fetching again…
But it says “no changes” D-:

How can I fully reset this?

First I tried erasing the “lastmodified” content… did not work… then tried adding any “old” content like… 5
