How can I manage bounce settings on the hosted version, phplist.com, (no access to php config etc) I don’t see anywhere in the interface to manage these items - I just sent out a campaign and a number of email addresses have been moved to the blacklist for “1 consecutive bounces” - how is the number set? and are these hard or soft bounces? there doesn’t seem to be any information available
As you are on the hosted option, you’ll really need to submit a support ticket for this as things are different on hosted as against when you self host (on your own webspace/server).
Thanks for your reply, following which I contacted them, turns out it’s handled automatically but there are a few things which can be managed/adjusted.
