I’ve tried with 4 different browsers. I can send the first batch, but reload does not seem to work. I’ve tried all kinds of setting adjustments from tiny batches to large, but no go. I get this on the process que page:

Looking for subscribers
Found them: 7929 to process
Sending in batches of 4 emails
But that is all I ever get and have to F5 to run the next batch.
In the Log I see the batch run completes, then loads this:
Waiting for 30 seconds before reloading
Then nothing happens… until I F5 again.
PHP Version: 5.6.32 and phpList 3.3.1
Tried switching to Verbose 1 and get:

and stalls att his point - the reload never occurs.
Any advice appreciated.
