I’m restoring my database from a clean backup made before a hack. From cPanel>phpMyAdmin I’ve navigated to the backup-name.tar.gz I wish to restore to.
Are there any options that should be set, or do I leave the defaults as they are shown below, before hitting “Go”? Thanks
That should restore it to the date that your backup was made, exactly as it was saved.

There was a syntax error in the sql statement of the backup provided by the hosting company, Bluehost. 
I’ll update when I have a solution.
