I want to be able to set an email address for each list. Such as Example1, Example2, Example3, etc. Each subscriber would be assigned to their appropriate lists. Then email could be sent from an email client to (Example1@domain.com), Example2@domain.com, Example3@domain[dot]com… etc. Is this possible?

Please can you provide more information and context about this use case? Why do you prefer to submit campaigns by email instead of using a desktop or mobile web interface?
This plug-in may have done what you describe: https://resources.phplist.com/plugin/submitbymail
However it is unfortunately not currently maintained. Other community members have expressed an interest in this as well, but no new maintainers have so far stepped forward.
