The images can not be seen in the Template even though the full URL is placed

This is confusing. Please try to explain the problem again, perhaps including a screenshot.
When the boxes are checked to:
Check that all links have a complete URL
Check that all images have a full URL
Check that all external images exist
This message comes out:
Image https://www.pacificohosting.com/uploadimages/image/logoph.png => does not exist

Can you try in another browser, with no plugins enabled? The moz-extension part may mean a Firefox extension is interfering somehow.
