Placing text just above the Unsubscribe button

Hi,

Is there a way to place text just above the unsubscribe button in the user preference page?
Just below the lists and above the unsubscribe button.

Also above the lists and below the confirm the email box, is there a way to place text there too?

Any advice?

Are referring to the Subscriber Page? It’s the page you access from www.yourdomain.com/lists.

Yes this is the place.
