I’m using the hosted version of phpList. It’s been running successfully for years. But today’s email didn’t work and I’m wondering if anyone else is seeing this. The dashboard says the email went out despite the fact that no one I know received one. Also while the system says an email went out, the number that was sent was about 60% of the normal amount. Is anyone else seeing anything like this?
Do you mean the paid-for version? If so then you need to raise the problem through your hosting account?
Yep, it was the paid-for version. It turns out the problem was with phpList. I contacted customer support and they took care of the issue.
