Phplist clicks tracking not working properly

Hi ,
i am using phplist 3.3.1.we send bulk mails for a while,
But now the clicks showing in phplist and our click tracking tools are showing deferrent click rates.I don’t know what happend.somebody please help.

Have you double checked that the clicks you are comparing are measuring the same thing, e.g. unique clicks vs total clicks?

Can you share a Doc on the Unique Clicks, since I would like to track per email if that is a thing. I would like to know which potential client I could be helping. Please feel free to DM.
