PHPList 3.2.5 with PHP 7 as Apache CGI

Hallo, i have installed PHPList, my server: Apache Webserver, PHP Version 7.0.6-nmm1 as FPM/FastCGI , MySQL as version 5.5.49.

All files are copyed per ftp to the webserver, config.php with database login are ok.

If i start PHPList in the browser on domain.ltd/lists/admin I see only a white screen. If i show in sourcecode this is also empty .

What can i do?
