PHPlist 3.0.12 compatible with PHP 5.4.44?

I need to upgrade my server to PHP 5.4.44 (required by another script)
but I want to make sure beforehand that PHPlist 3.0.12 is fully
compatible with PHP 5.4.44. COuld anyone confirm for sure ?

I have used phplist on php 5.4, 5.5 and 5.6 so you should be ok.

But if you are upgrading php then you should go to 5.5 or preferably 5.6 as version 5.4 is supported only for security updates until 14 September - 9 days time. After then it will have no updates at all, see http://php.net/supported-versions.php
