I recently started using phpList and would like to know the procedure to send personalized emails (With the recipient’s name) to my subscribers on phpList. Would greatly appreciate any help.

So long as you ask for this info on signup, eg: Name then you can use it in the emails by including the placeholder defined in your signup page.
Yes I have all the names. I would like to know if I can address them by their names when I’m sending email blasts, instead of me doing it manually.
The link that @Dragonrider shared should give you the information required to do what you are asking, i.e., addressing recipients by their names. Did you read the info at that link? If so, do you have questions about how to apply it to your situation? If so, what is the name of the attribute(s) you are using for storing recipient names?
