Hello,
we use phplist in a superadmin - admin construction where admins manage their own links separated from other admins and their lists. Now it turns out that these admins, who have the manage subscriber setting enabled can not confirm subscribers in the backend or they can not import users in any way without having them unconfirmed on the list. Even worse: If a user is already subscribed to another list and then imported by another admin, his setting changes to unconfirmed.
Is this expected behavior? Am I doing something wrong? What can I change? I do not want to give these admins the “change settings” permission, because this would allow too much changes in the system which means too much work for superadmins at the end of the day 
I expected “manage subscribers” should be enough for these tasks…
