New release of inlineImagePlugin

The latest release of the inlineImagePlugin is 2.0a4. This version fixes a couple of issues that arose this summer.

  1. Test messages now show the inline images in the message tested.
  2. Images are no longer attached to messages to users preferring plain text.
  3. The plugin image directory is now limited to about 5 MB, with the oldest messages being removed when the directory exceeds this limit.
