My phpList version: 3.6.0
Server Version of PHP: 7.4
Server: VPS
As per the manual provided by phpList explaining limiting the speed rate: At full speed phpList (up to version 2.10.5) will send about 3000 personalized messages per hour, or about 5000 non-personalized messages per hour.

Here I need to know about safe setting of the send speed rate without counting as SPAM w.r.t. emails sending volume.
Is it 3000/hour or 5000/hour or anymore?
