When importing, I think previously I was asked “Send this user HTML emails?”. I was not asked that in my last two imports, and instead of defaulting to send HTML, it sent text format. Thus I added the column htmlemail (with values=1). My import then spat out:
Database error 1064 while doing query You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘this user html emails’ at line 1
(version: 2.10.5 – I know, I should upgrade - that’s another problem I’ll save for a different post later.)
