How to select target audience using attributes

Reading the posts I came across a reference to setting this
define(“STACKED_ATTRIBUTE_SELECTION”,1); to get a tab appearing to select using attributes.
I’m using 3.2.1 and this doesn’t appear in my config file. Has this been changed/withdrawn? Is there a ‘new’ way to select using attribute values?

Many thanks. Had found AttributeSelect but couldn’t get that to work.
Downloaded and installed Segment and it works fine.
Grateful for the help, saves many hours head scratching…
