How to Make This Subscriber Confirmed Immediately

In Subscribe Pages I can see the option attahced in the screen shot.

But I can’t find from where to activate.

I have created a form on my website for Subscription that I want to be Auto Confirmed without Confirmation Email. I have linked the form on my website to this PhpList Subscribe Page.

Please help me.

You can manually confirm a subscriber when you are logged in as admin, but phpList does not allow for subscribers to be added without their express permission, this is now a legal requirement for any one (firm, individual) offering a subscription service.
