How can i edit the text from confirm page

Hi,

I would like to edit the text go the confirm page. In my case there are the following text:

Danke für die Bestätigung. Sie wurden auf folgenden Listen eingeschrieben:
We already received your confirmation previously.`

Do you know where I can change some words?
