if i understand i’ve to put the GA js where phplist is…
I’d like to know where ?

The GA js code will go on the site that you want to track, so your website not phplist. You will need some way of loading that javascript on each page that you want to track.
Links in emails sent by phplist will include extra parameters that will be processed by the GA code, such as on a page load of a page on the web site.
Where does one get the GA js code?
Looks like google is now using an updated .js file. Which seems to be working just fine with the goolge analytics option.
