@beardedmanwithbun It looks like you did not install phplist correctly.
The base directory of phplist is the “lists” directory, the directories “/phplist/public_html” should not be present.
You can either modify the $pageroot variable in config.php as indicated by the error message, or move the “lists” directory up to the web root directory which is the better solution.
