A month ago I successfully sent a test email. Now when I go to the admin page, it is blank, and when I go to the public face / front end of my phplist, I get “403 permission denied You do not have permission for this request”. My host (Bluehost) says they can’t provide support for 3rd party installations. My .htaccess file has not been changed since I successfully entered the admin section and sent a test email a month ago. Nor has my config.php page changed. Any ideas what I can try? Should I post the url here?
When you get that blank page, try viewing the source. maybe it will provide a clue as to what’s going on.
Otherwise, you should look at the web server error log, and see if that provides any clues.
