Hi I am not getting any emails for forgot password after installation of phplist. I am not getting a single mail.
Where I am doing false things?
If you have access to the database (through cpanel or equivalent), then you can verify the admin email address and password.
SELECT * FROM phplist_admin;
you can update your password in the ‘password’ field.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No, it is not possible to transfer the tickets. However you can add someone with you during training session.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you should add correct details only and if not correct it before the 24hrs of training.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
No, it is not ok if the attandees are different than registered user. You need to contact at care@mtjcart.com before change the name if you wish.
