Delete System Emails

I have upgraded to 50000 subscribers, system already has a 'SYSTEM LIST" with emails from previous list which counts to 90,000. When i try to send a mail to a list with only 30k subscribers, it says your list size is big, I am unable to delete the emails from the system list. I have sent several emails from the contact us page and there is no response from PHPlist team. I have paid over $600.00 upfront under a 3 month commitment and PHPLIST team would not bother to help me.

I have replied to all of your emails promptly but you seem not to be getting the replies, I have now have left a note on your dashboard to try and get your attention.

Please add us to your addressbook and or whitelist.

Please email me an answer. Since the system list has over 90k emails and my plan has only 50k, it is not allowing me to send mails. Please delete all emails all lists entirely, I will upload again.

Hi, I have emailed you three times, and you are not responding. We are suspending your account until you reply to one of our mails and show that you are receiving them. Being able to contact you is a vital part of our terms and conditions. Please add us to your addressbook or whitelist.

I am receiving your emails, I realized it is a no reply email. Please delete all emails addresses in systems and restore my account.

It is NOT a no reply email, more over I specifically asked you to reply, and we have conversed perfectly fine by email before.

You should read what I have written to you in these messages and do what you are asked. You do not pay us to manage your account for you, you are the manager of your contacts.

If you want to start again from scratch then you can open a new account, otherwise you will have to read what we have said to you, including the documentation.

I am not going to talk any more on this forum with you, you must reply by email.
