I just saw that some users were well in my database but that they are not registered anywhere. how to export all emails that are not assigned to a list? … I can’t find …

The exported file contains information about list membership so, you can also filter it offline.
In phpList I think the easiest way is to create a new list > visit “Subscribers” > “Reconcile Subscribers” and click move all subscribers that don’t belong to any list in the newly created one.
Then you can proceed with the export of the list.
