I want to check number of Bounce Email IDs like View, Click Statistics. How do I set in phpList ???
on your statistics overview page do you see bncs
Yes, but it always shows 0.
Ok, I guess it needs setting up, not sure how to do that. There is some stuff in the manual about bounce processing though, try there.
Make sure you have the envelope set to your bounce email box, then you need to setup phpList to check the email box, and then you have to process the bounces. Start by doing that manually
