Confirmation emails fail

Hello,

I have installed the phplist on a subdomain mk.test.com(example)
when i test campaign it works well
when i try to register a user the system fail sending the confirmation email
if i am logged as admin and i try it it send a confirmation.
i use office365 email
the error message Client not authenticated to send mail.
yet if i am logged as admin it works.
anyone an idea what could it be please?

Simply by adding this to the config file it solved my issues

define(‘PHPMAILERSUBSCRIBEHOST’,’’);
