Can't save the message, just trying to reload!

Hi,

I have a problem when I try to save the message. I paste a simple text few paragraph long in the text editor, but when I click on save the page just try to reload and nothing happen even if I wait for long time. I didn’t have this problem for years. I used to have and older version of PHPList and I have upgraded it to the latest version but still the same issue. Anyone can advice and help?

I think you should pay for some support here, your question is complex and you need someone to look at your server. There are some options here: http://phplist.org/paid-support/

The other option is to move over to phpListr.com which is fully managed, including upgrades. This will avoid you having these kind of problems in future :slight_smile:
