Campaign will not finish?

I am sending a campaign to several mail addresses and it will not finish the campaign.
PHPlist says that still 4 in process, what can be wrong?
It still keeps trying to send.

Probably the smtp server connection. Check phpList’s logs, and other forum threads with the same issue.

How is that you can’t see the logs? That sounds strange.
